I am not one for leaving reviews lightly but I feel I am in a position to properly review this product now. I tried it a couple of years ago but I was off and on and not taking the recommended dosage properly and my diet was woeful so I got no results. However, I turned 40 in March and made a promise to myself that this year would be the year to transform myself in the form of a body recomposition. My diet is now on point and the Ecdysterone has now taken effect and my work has it taken effect. Everything I lift has basically doubled. I am not a newbie to lifting but it has been a good few years so I decided to take things seriously. I went straight for the 3 month supply as I had had it before and can confirm there are zero side effects. Please read the reviews on Ecdy if you are thinking of buying. You must give it a month or two to get into your system properly. When I started back in the gym just as a few examples, I was dumbbell pressing (flat) 24k, barbell curling 15k and overhead tricep extension of 18k. Within the space of a few months I now dumbbell press 42k (flat) (38k incline), barbell curl 45k and overhead tricep extension 40k (THE WHOLE STACK!!!) My strength has exploded and I have no doubt it's down to the Ecdy. I obviously take protein a couple of times a day but also supplement in Ashwagandha, Turmeric and Magnesium (all from Elite Extracts). Google how these supplements can help you in the gym (and mind). I haven't been on them since, I am going to do my next weigh in around the end of September. I have had to start doing drop sets because I am sailing through my sets with relative ease. If you have never done drop sets, I would highly recommend, you will feel the difference.

This product seems to give me quicker recovery from the gym, more energy and as silly as it sounds more mental energy (could be due to the fact I can exercise more, leading to mental benefits). But I do not believe this to be placebo as when I do not take it, I do take longer to recover from exercise and therefore how my body looks is different.
