We want you to love your Elite Extracts products. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help make things right. Below you'll find everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and exchanges.



📅 60-Day Return Window

You have 60 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. 

✅ What Qualifies for a Return?

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact
  • You'll need your order number or proof of purchase
  • The request must be made within the 60-day window

📦 Important: Due to health and safety regulations surrounding supplements, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or have broken seals unless the item is faulty or incorrect.



🔄 How to Start a Return

Returning an item is simple. Just follow these three steps:

  1. Get in Touch
    Email us at support@elite-extracts.com with your order number and a brief note about why you'd like to return the item.
  2. Wait for Confirmation
    If your return is eligible, we'll send you a Return Authorisation and clear instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Send It Back
    Once you've received your instructions, pack your item securely and ship it to us.

⚠️ Please Note: We cannot accept returns that are sent without prior authorisation. 



🎁 Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We take great care with every order, but occasionally things can go wrong in transit. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you've received the wrong product:

  • Inspect your order as soon as it arrives
  • Contact us immediately at support@elite-extracts.com
  • Include photos of the issue if possible

We'll review your case promptly and arrange a replacement, refund, or other solution to make things right. Where the fault is ours, we'll cover the cost of return shipping.
